Crostoni with Emmentaler

½ small red onion
1 tablespoon of HOLL rapeseed oil

How to proceed
Preparation: approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Cut the onions into thin rings. Brown them briefly in hot oil and season with pepper. Chop the ham. Place the slices of bread in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread the ham on the bread. Cut the cheese into slices and distribute them on the slices of bread. Gratin in the center of the oven for approx. 5 minutes. Garnish with onion and ground pepper.
